some keys not working on keyboard

Hello I have a macbook along with a Microsoft Digital Media Pro USB Keyboard that I have hooked up when I'm at my desk. I also have downloaded the latest software driver from microsoft for the keyboard. I just recently noticed a problem with my keyboard. For some reason the delete key or the F9-F12s on my keyboard dont do anything at all. While I have my keyboard still hooked up if I push those same keys on the macbooks keyboard they work. Oh also this keyboard configuration wizard came up when I first pluged my keyboard into the usb port but I just cancelled out of it then installed microsofts intellisoftware. Mayby I did something wrong? anyone have any ideas how I can fix the problem? Thanks :)
 
oh I should also say that all the keys worked on my microsoft keyboard when I first got my macbook but then I recently reinstalled osx. Now they dont. So I know all the keys should be working since they have before.
