I made this post to help some people who aren't happy with some of the features in Lion. I will add more when I figure them out and if you know any other fixes, feel free to add them in a reply.

Scrolling Fix

With the new Lion, apple has changed the scrolling to go the opposite way. This is how to fix it:
Mouse:
System Preferences>Mouse>Move content in the direction of finger movement when scrolling or navigating (Uncheck)

Track Pad:
System Preferences>Trackpad>Scroll and Zoom>Scroll direction (Uncheck)

App Expose

This is the closest feature to the expose I have found to snow leopard. The difference is that this is only application expose, so will only show the same apps. (This was made for the people who absolutely hate mission control)
System Preferences>Trackpad>More Gestures>App Expose

This its for now. If you want to me to search for any other "fixes", post a reply
