Some Messages Keep Going Into Junk Folder

Is there a way to prevent messages from going into the junk folder when a new email arrives from that particular sender? When I move the initial email to my inbox future messages from the same sender will still go into the junk folder. I just want the junk to more or less have just junk, obviously on the rare occasions a random email will make it into the junk folder which should be in the inbox but a lot of the offending emails are from safe sources.
