Some of my MP4 that worked on old iPhone are not working on 3G S

Posted this in the iPhone forum but didn't get much response so I thought I'd try here:

Can anyone give me some insight as to what the problem may be? I have a bunch of video converted using Red Kawa iPhone video converter. I have a bunch of old Star Trek Next Generation videos in MP4 format. They looked and played great on both my 3G iPhone and my first gen iPhone. I copied them over to the new 3G S and the screen turns green and the video freezes and "ghost" images of the previous scene appear over the new scene. Jagged too.

Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated!
