Some phone I saw.

I saw this phone some guy was using in the Apple store and it had a glowing blue lowercase "i" on the back in Apple font. I know it is deffenantly not an Apple phone. Does anyone know what this is called?

IT was most likely a Moto RAZR V3i, now available in the US through Cingular and in Europe from anywhere for really cheap.
 
I know for a fact it wasnt a Razr v3i. The back of the phone was like the front of a white ipod without the wheel and screen but shorter and wider and with the glowing "i".

i think its a V3i because my V3i i had for a couple weeks had that same description(and yes it was thru cingular) but i cant speak for the person because i think he knows what he saw...
 
Haha, no, the guys here called his bluff. He was just trying to get people excited.

Sounds like a V3i to me, but hey... maybe its the iPhone!! (pause) ..... not

I even said in my last post that it COULDN'T BE AN APPLE PHONE BECAUSE ITS NOT OUT. I have a Razr V3i and I think I know what it looks like. I'm just a thirteen year old kid who was curious to know what that phone was.

whoa very harsh, very totalitarian, I like it.

the op was just a not too subtle attempt to make my heart race.

... although i was talking to a friend of mine who is like a buyer for the Down District Health Branch and he was saying how he has been approached by some computer company who makes slick white tablet pcs. Now I KNOW it isn't Apple. But does anyone know what it could be? :rolleyes:

All I meant was that he wasn't necessarily banned because of posting this thread. It may be related to this, or it may be something else entirely. Only the user and the mods know the full story of any previous warnings or private conversations that may have contributed to any decision to ban said user.

The mods won't reveal that information, and so any other speculation is likely based on incomplete information and is thus inappropriate.

We go through this just about every time someone is banned, and a mod almost always has to chime in to explain this. I thought I'd save them the effort. :)
 
Funny, if people have a phone with a camera and they have the ability to ask questions in public, why do they come here to ask what kind of phone it was?

It's almost as if someone was bored and needed a break from homework.
 
Now that I'm off ban...

I just wanna clear some stuff up. I got banned for cursing then re-registration. I saw the back of the iPhone. I know I didnt see an iPhone. I still saw some phone like what I said. And I was NOT trying to create hype. I'm not like that.
