iPhone Some photos disapeared

I've been using iOS8 Beta since the first release and never got that problem.
Yesterday I took some photos (5) and 4 of them are in the camera roll but the other one doesn't appear. I can only see it in instagram for example loading it from the camera roll but in the photos app it doesnt appear.
What kind of bug is that? any reason? more people got this problem?

Is it a screenshot or an actually photo from the camera?
