iPhone 11 Pro Some photos in jpg some in heic

Anyone know why some of the photos are in jpg and some are in heic format?

Because you use some third-party camera or editor? Regular Camera photos are named as IMG_XXXX.heic

Unless they've changed that for 11 Pro and latest update :)
