Some problems when migrate to iOS from Android

Hi All, I am new to iOS. I used Android for years.
There are some questions I want to ask,

(1) Is there any setting can "vibrate" the iPhone when the receiver answers the phone ?

(2) What is the alternative Android app "mightytext" on iOS. it can send the sms text from PC (using Chrome extension), I tried the MySMS but it not works as I think. the receiver should use MySMS ,too.

(3) What is the alternative Android app "Slient time" on iOS, which can silent your phone on the specific schedule you set.

Are you speaking about Message in OSX ? You can use it but just for iMessages, not real for texts ....
