Some program windows appear "scrunched" on Win10 (both Bootcamp and VM)

I have a few Windows programs where the windows appear "scrunched" when I run them on my Mac, such to the point where parts of the program are covered up. It won't let me enlarge or resize the windows. I've tried running them on a Parallels Desktop VM as well as BootCamp, and the result is the same on both. I did not have this problem on my old Windows PC.

Here are some screenshots. The images on the left are from my MacBook, while the images on the right are how the programs are supposed to look.

I've played around with the resolution settings, and that doesn't solve the issue. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do?

Pretty sure this is down to those programs not being adjusted for a High DPI display.
