Some question about Apple Cinema Display

hi i intend to buy the 20" cinema display
but have few question,
will my macbook C2D 2.0G support it ??
and will i feel any "lag"

and also i have this elgato TV hybrid TV USB tv tuner, can i derectly plug it in the cinema display so thta i can watch tv on it without connecting to my macbook ?

and last one is there anyway to connect game console, eg: PS3 to cinema display ? prefferably without a Mac.

MB wit 20" ACD - Yes..

Lag - no

watching tv thru eyetv on ACD directly - no.. but you can drag tv widow onto the ACD and get full 20" screen @ all times.. it's in the settings
