Some SE sound issues

Hi all,

I'm posting this here instead of just the iOS section because this only seems to be an issue on my SE not in my iPad mini 4. Basically Siri make no sound when I hold the home button and also there is no camera shutter sound when take stills. I'm running 9.3.1 btw on both devices.

Any suggestions? Thx
