Some settings for apps missing from the Watch app on phone

Anyone else got this? I have tried to reset etc but randomly some settings for some apps is missing in the watch app on the phone. One time the Breathe sttings was missing and another time the Wallet settings was missing. Running WatchOS 6 and IOS 13.1.1
