Some shortcuts don't work until I press ctrl + space (MacBook Pro 16")

Hello,

First, I would point out that the problem is only in non-Apple apps.

As I mentioned some of the shortcuts don't work until I press ctrl + space.

For example:
In Google Chrome, most of the shortcuts work at the beginning of the app's execution except full-screen shortcut (ctrl + cmd + f). In fact, only if I press ctrl + space and then I press the shortcut it's working.

After I pressed ctrl + space I can use all the shortcuts without any problem.

What's even stranger, while I'm using an external keyboard it doesn't happen at all. The issue is only in the internal keyboard.

Can someone with the same machine check if he's experiencing the same issue too?

Note: if you want to help me, please quit the chrome (hold ctrl + q), and then execute the app again, and try to press ctrl + cmd + f in order to make a full screen. Let me know if it works for you. Try it on the MacBook's screen.
