Some shortcuts in toolbar not opening

Hi guys! I have had my blackbook for several months already and I love it! Lately tho, some shortcuts in my toolbar dont seem to work anymore. For example when I open utilities from go-> Utilities, it doesn't open,but when I go->Applications then open open Utilities from there I can get to it. Same thing happens with my bluetooth file exchange shortcut in the toolbar, it's minor but an irritant to an otherwise perfect machine 😀 can anybody help me out with this? Thanks guys!

Do you have any theme changers installed? Have you restarted recently? 🙂
