So I got my iPad, and I discovered a small flaw with it. The volume does not change when I press my volume rocker or use that small widget in the multitasking tray. The volume rockers working as it does register the press and those squares come. When I turn it all the way down or all the way up, the sound doesn't change. And I'll have you know that I'm not near any apple store or certified technician(someone from abroad had got this.) So what should I do?

If there is no sound, go into settings a toggle the mute/lock to sound and then toggle it on.

If there is sound but the volume doesn't change upon turning up or down the rocker switch then you have a hardware problem Apple will immediate fix/replace.
