Some songs not transferred !!

I have just purchased a new IMac & transferred my music from my iTunes through a external hard drive , But some songs that are on my iPhone are not on my iTunes account! Is there anyway of getting them from my phone but i cannot transfer through purchased on iPhone as i downloaded from another site! I cannot get the tunes from my last PC as i doesn't work anymore!

If you jailbreak and purchase a copy of iFile, you can see all the files on your phone. You could do it for free, but iFile shows you the actual names of songs in the Music folder. Then, you just copy them back. Not sure if you'd be willing to sacrifice your iDevice's innocence for some songs, but it would work.
