I have recently updated my high sierra and now I'm running 10.13.2 (17C88) on my mac mini.
When I star up I get the "some updates could not be installed automatically" message but when I go to update them manually, it doesn't find the update - there is none! I am advised: "no updates available".
While this is not really a problem, just mildly annoying, I wanted to flag it up in case others were finding the same. And if someone shows me a quick fix to boot, all the better.
Hope you all are having a great day. Stay safe.
