Some video podcasts won't play..?

The problem is both in my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. Some video podcasats dont work. Eg. "This week in iPad" show nr. 45. It works in iTunes, but when I play it on the iOS devices it won't start. I can skip through it as I wish, but when I press play, it pauses immediately again.

Anyone else with this problem or a solution?
