Some videos dont sync, some audio always syncs

I have certain songs that get copied everytime i sync even though they havent been changed...and i have some videos (converted to mp4 in qucktime) that show up in my videos to sync, i check them, i get no errors, but they are not on the iphone...ideas?

I have the same problem with some songs in my library. Not sure why it always syncs the same songs over to the phone even when they are already on the phone. What is the deal with this?

Me too, but only on a handful of songs. Those songs are on the iPod but, regardless of whether they are played or modfified in between each sync, they are always synced without fail.

Doesn't actually equate to a particular problem as such so I haven't really bothered to dither too much on it.

I found this with the CBS Evening News. The Solution is to right click then Convert to Iphone. Not all Video Podcasts are in iphone compatible format
