iPod Some videos won't play :(

For some odd reason, only some of the videos that are formatted for the iPod are transfered to it. I have the update all videos checkbox checked and the videos are definitely formatted for the iPod, the picture below is one of the videos that won't transfer. What do you guys think the problem is?

did you rip this with handbrake?

Yeah, but that's the only one i ripped with handbrake, all the others videos that didn't transfer aren't
