Some weird crackling sounds coming from speakers or bottom of the arrow keys

I've been hearing some strange sounds coming from the MacBook Pro 2016 with 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports. This is my second MacBook Pro with the same issue. Attached is the sound at the first second. I have boot camp installed but I did everything that Apple put from the article:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207410

It looks like the updated audio driver from boot camp was already installed on my MacBook Pro on Windows 10 when installing boot camp with the headphones plugged in.Does any one have a fix?
