I have noticed that luck plays a roll in your production, some units are WAY WAY faster than others! Here are some examples

PPM = Points per Minute

p638_L939_K12M_ext = .03 PPM
6 minutes per frame, 400 frames, 71 points

p363_tip4p_pf2_Mg = .04 PPM
14 minutes per %, 100%, 54.6 points

p910_vill_str0_rf = .045 PPM
about 12 minutes a %, 100%, 57 points
Im not 100% sure on 910, its off my folding log, but I remember it being REALLY fast, I think 12 minutes

Anyways, why are they so inconsistent? Is there a way to throw away your current work unit and get a new on in the console PC version?

I'm sure it evens out, because with one slow one, you can end up with three fast ones. Folding is more than just racking up points, as much as we all enjoy our points, there is a purpose to it. Might as well crunch those WUs and stick it out! I do know what you are saying, though, this current one I am on is taking forever and it's only around 70%.

Yeah, it will probably even out, but it would help my score if I could get rid of those 70 point tinkers :(

it's just a bore when u crunch the same proteins all month. eventually, points r all there is to look forward to.

Great, now im on Project 321, its only 51 points but each % takes 26 minutes!!!, and I was just about to get into the green color on extremeoverclockings site.
