somehow he doesn't recognize the wear on my head. This error in settings "Place AirPods Max On Your Head to Use Noise Cancellation" when I wish to switch to full noise cancellation.

Also the buttons on the right don't work. I can put volume up and down or switch to full noise cancellation.
