Someone else is editing my notebooks? [Circus Ponies]

I have never given anyone a copy of any of my notebooks, and I have checked that I don't have any file sharing on or anything in my shared folder.

I have gotten messages twice on notebooks for 2 different classes that someone (the same person both times) is currently editing this notebook. It's an iphone, and I don't know anyone by that first name. I don't know how on earth they got access to my files. What can I do?
