Who/where/contact/chat do i talk too to do it? I havnt upgraded but my early fee is 449 to do early upgrade. I called ATT and they said they cant waive it, but i read on here people have gotten a reimbursement of like 200-300 bucks.. is there a chat online representive i can talk to?

I had to call in twice before getting lucky. The rep's name I spoke with is "Suzanne K" (as signed on the automated follow-up email after our call). Unfortunately, I don't have a last name, email address or extension so finding her using just her first name might be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
