Apple7+hacked

Hacked 7+. iPhone. Seems to come in through CarPlay, personal hotspot. Always working icons ,as if trying to connect. Some controls I do not have “control “ of. A “person/hacker” I was transferred to by straighttalk rep to Apple rep was NOT Apple rep/tech. “Fixed” PUC/SIM issue I was having, took 45 minutes to “fix” phone. Messages synced somewhere....... have MSID number that’s different now. Calls routed to “hacker” if close to home. Messages and calls do not make it to persons I call or message. Tracfone won’t supply new SIM til they check phone. Not sure whose I am REALLY Speaking with. Senior advisor at apple wants me to make new Apple ID. I don’t think this will fix issues
