Someone in my Family didn't get the Printer Rebate Form

Hi there,

I finally persuaded my Sister to get order a MacBook Aluminum.

She added a printer in to her order like I advised her to cause of the £60 rebate offer.

She said that she didn't see any rebate form to fill out or anything like that.


Can you guys help me/her out? Anyone had any similar experiences? What was the process when you ordered the printer via the rebate offer?
