For starters, I really recommend that you have hover states on anything that can be clicked. And make sure that they are buttons, not just text. Buttons will make a clickable area as opposed to clickable text where you have to click an exact line of the text.

Second, things move pretty slow when I'm looking for content. Like when I click the WEB part and I just get some text and after a bit it fades into something.

I would actually recommend that you stay away from an all-flash based site if you do web design. It really just wouldn't make sense to me if I wanted you to design a simple website for me and I was running through this flash site.

Colours are nice and neutral and the text is legible.
Layout nice and simple. The only comment on layout is that your links move from the top left corner on the front page to the bottom left corner on all the other pages. It takes a moment to reorient.
Browser back button doesn't work. This may be a flash issue I don't know, but it really irratates me
Overall the site is slow to load and respond but again that could be just flash. I'm on a fast PC with a fast connection so I don't think it's my end.
