Someone is offering $425 for my iPad 2 32gb wifi, take it?

I am wanting to buy a New iPad 32gb wifi and am trying to sell my current iPad 2 32gb wifi. Someone is offering me $425 on craigslist (won't ship, will meet and bring a money pen). Is that a good offer? I am trying to decide if the $200 or so I will have to pay for a new iPad is the difference in resell value that I would get from my current iPad if I were to sell it next year for the next iPad.

Yes sell it if someone wants to buy it for $425. You can buy a refurbed 32GB iPad 2 for $399 from Apple. Just make sure to meet in a busy public place like the food court of a mall.

And yeah $200 for an iPad 3 would be worth it since you are selling it first to upgrade. Now if you did not own an iPad i'd be more inclined to say buy a refurbed iPad 2 from Apple.
