I'm a new Outlook 2011 for Mac user (come from PC world). There are a huge amount of things i noticed Outlook for Mac cannot do that Windows can do. I have a couple requests concerning the "Set Custom Reminder 1.0" script

  1. Is it possible to create a script so that ALL FUTURE calendar invites/entries default to a specific time? Right now, the script only applies to new entries and I have to run the script every time a new event comes in which can be tedious. An auto way to set this script up would be great
  2. If #1 above isn't possible, is it possible to run the script for ALL calendar entries at once instead of 1 by 1? For example, if i have a calendar entries that repeats every Monday for a month, i have to apply this script 1 by 1. It would be nice if there was like a "select all" feature
Any help would be great. I've never hated using Outlook and a Mac so much!
