Someone one with a PC or Windows

I have a directions file that a friend sent me so that I can use their cabin this weekend because they left out of town. They sent the document in a .wps file that I can not convert. I am looking for someone that can open the file and convert it / save it as a .txt or .pdf for me. If you can please email me at (deleted my email). Thanks in advance.

There is a app called crossover which you can open .exe or whatever pc files you want.
