People this is a true story so weeks ago I order a iPad Pro 9.7 128 GB space Gray with my college discount and I get the power beats wireless free for my dad since I own a pair. It gets ship to my dad own business office he's a doctor he got some internship at the office that come to practice and the new that came and just left stole the power beats wireless 2 he has no contact with that person. My dad left the power beats wireless laying around and the person stole it that's bad he lost the value of the headphone lucky the iPad Pro 9.7 inch is still safe in his office room that he keeps locked that's suppose to be my Christmas gift.

Is there anyway I can find out if that person register the beats wireless to an apple account ? It was not open

For one, did your Dad contact Law enforcement and file a theft complaint?

Second, even if your wireless beats could be tied to an Apple account, you would need to prove the headphones are stolen in the first place. If the person who stole the headphones, they may have had the opportunity to already sell them.

I don't believe they have any ties to an Apple product. There headphones, not an individual Apple product with a specific serial number.

Don't the beats have a serial number in them and yes he did do that just asking if to see if the person who has it register it Online

Do headphones need to be registered to an account for some reason?

Why would headphones need to be registered?

Again, there headphones, not a specific Apple Product with a serial number. Highly unlikely you will locate them.

Warrenty that's what I know off since I register many beats products I own
You think someone that essentially obtained headphones that don't belong to them would register them for warranty or do anything like that? And even if for some unlikely reason they even might that they would do it with some real information or that you would even be able to obtain that private information from the manufacturer? All of this makes it pretty much an approach that isn't going to happen.

I register it to see when the Warrenty expires on it and my dad did contact law enforcement

If the headphones are stolen, the suspect must be smart enough to not register them. The suspect will sell them or use them. You will likely not locate them unfortunately.

It his fault not to listen to me and pair the headphones once he got them but he said no he wanted to wait till the fall when he got a new iphone to pair it up

Thanks for answering my question I will see what law enforcement says

I suspect law enforcement has better things to do. Thousands and thousands of cell phones and their related equipment are stolen each day and they are not going to try very hard to recover them. You will be lucky to get them to fill out a report.

You can be mad for a while but sooner or later it will be time to just move on.

What does pairing them have to do with it being stolen.
If he paired them they wouldn't have gotten stole he would of been using them

Unfortunately, you will not be able to find out anything about the person who stole your headphones. Knowing the person you accused of is the actual person who stole it is different than proving the matter. Best move on than dwell on the loss.

What college are you attending?

I am sorry for your loss. It is a bad feeling when you have something stolen. It is too bad that the one's who steal do not feel the same about it.
