Hello,
It started to happen a week or so ago - the computer never goes to sleep, even tho the settings say it should, if manually put to sleep, it always awakens after 40 seconds. I disconnected all devices, ethernet, wifi, started up in safe mood but the situation has not changed. I have tried it dozens of times, it always happens.
It happens on the secondary account, as well as on the guest account, interestingly tho on the guest account it takes a few seconds more to wake up.
iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019
3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5
Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB
40 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 (2x4 + 2x16)
1 TB AppleAPFSMedia SSD
OS 13.2
Could it be a hardware issue?
Thanks
