Something better than iMovie for iPad

Bought iMovie only to discover it can't speed up videos by a given x factor (2x, 4x, 8x, etc). No big deal; only $5. Would anyone be so kind as to suggest a similar video editor that can speed up videos. Perhaps something I could use in combination with iMovie if there isn't anything comparable. Thanks.
