Not sure if this was in previous versions of the software or whatever (Very rarely listen to songs so wouldn't have noticed it, this is on a 3GS, iOS 4.3.3) but today I bought a song from the iTunes store, and noticed these little ping icons:
The thumbs up icon is for liking the song, and the speech bubble is for sharing the song on Ping. Nice touch, but Ping is still mostly useless lol.
