Sorry if this has been brought up before!
You can plug an iOS device in to a Mac and record its screen with Quicktime. Launch Quicktime and select File -> New Movie recording. Click the arrow near the record button and select your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch for both audio and video. Then click record and record away!
Notes: As far as I know you must have Yosemite on your Mac. I also have iOS 8 on my iOS device, and I don't know if this is compatible with earlier versions of iOS.
