Something is wrong with my rMBP resolution

I don't know why or how but all of sudden my 13 rMBP 2015 model in properties displays like this order (from left to right)

1: Bigger text: No looks like suggestion
2. Looks like 1600x1000 (weird resolution and looks blurry)
3. Default (1024x640)
4. More space (1280x800)

This doesn't make sense at all and I remember it being 1600xsomething in the More Space option. I already rebooted a few times, safe mode and so on and nothing seems to fix it.

I'm wondering what it might be causing this. Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Yes. That's the problem. The order is exactly as I mentioned.
 
Sounds like something's gone wrong with your OS to me. Would you be able to backup and restore?

I'm running the latest version of Sierra.

No. It's definitely an issue with OS I just don't know how to fix it other than full restoring which is a bit inconvenient at this time. :/ Is there any way of reset default settings or something like that? I'm afraid there isn't, yet, someone might know.
