something like Ccleaner for a Mac?

Hello all,

Seeing as how my Mac "only" has 320GB hard drive my space is getting a little limited.

Coming from a PC I used Ccleaner all the time to help find and free up wasted space. Anyone know if any such system utility that will do something similar?

There are several things you can do to free up space.

If you don't use Garageband, delete it and its loops to save about 2 GBs.

Delete all printer drivers you are not using.

Use Monolingual to delete all foreign language preferences.

Some people use OnyX (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/11582) as it's the closest thing to Ccleaner.

you can also check out xSlimmer (http://www.xslimmer.com/), it cleans up code and languages you'll most likely never use, saved me a whopping 2.4GB of space!
