Something sad happened today....

I called the apple support line for my iPod, which some of you know got the sad face last nite, and i go through all the automatic crap, and once the lady talks to me i go "Whenever I plug it in to puut it in disk mode I get the restart message in like 4 diff languages" and she goes "wait, u use a mac?" It is kind of sad they dont assume ur using a mac @ apple. Just thought Id share that

a well when we have 4.6% to 6.6 of the computer market out of 98%( take away cuz iPod does not support linux) when it 91% PC users to 5ish% of Mac users what would you think?

*most* of the time the ipod works flawlessly with itunes etc. so there used to getting PC problems. Also i say a good percent of mac people know whats wrong with the ipod and can troubleshoot it cause we have half a brain

I think her reaction was more in shock of the fact that your mac had a problem
