"Sometimes" Duplicate Emails sent and received

3G on Exchange network. Some emails i send get received two or three times. Others I receive, i get two or three times. Cannot find an commonality to them. Anyone have any suggestions or fixes? Very frustrating

My wife's iPhone had that issue.

At some point, I removed the account and re-added it from scratch and that seemed to fix the issue.

The other thing she was doing was deleting mass emails before the synch with the server was done (was still retrieving).

She's fine now...
