Sometimes I dont get a sound when receiving an SMS. I'm on newest firmware

Sometimes I dont get the SMS sound when I receive a message. I tried googling it but only found people discussing it a long time ago, and they Said it Got fixed in 3.0. It happened just 5 minutes ago and as Im writing I just Got a new one, and I Got the sound too.

PS why the hell does my iPhone make Capital letters on some words such A's Sound, Can among others?

Anyone? Once in a while it even happens when my phone is ringing. This is not very often though, but this SMS crap happens a few times a week I guess
