I could leave my MBP overnight plugged in and NOT TOUCH IT, but sometimes I will come back and it has stopped charging hours ago and the battery is almost dead.. usually just un-plugging and connecting the charger will get it charging again.. a few times even that won't work unless I mess with it for a minute or so...

Do any of you guys have this problem? It's an early 2011 13" MBP with no other problems and it's been fine for the past few years.. maybe it's getting dirty? How exactly do you clean out the area where the pin connectors are? is my charger cable just shot?

I had a similar problem with my 2009 MBP. I took it to Apple and they replaced my MagSafe at not charge. If you can get the problem to replicate in store, I would guess they would give you a replacement under warranty.
