After 8 years with my trusty 3rd generation (2 AA battery) Apple wireless keyboard. I ended up killing it yesterday getting too generous with the spray cleaner, some or maybe a lot got down into some of the keys, killed the O, G, 9, and a few other keys. I was a bit bummed till I picked up the refreshed Magic Keyboard today.
Absolute thumbs up the scissor switch mechanism featured on the 12 inch macbook pro is a real winner. And no more AA batteries to charge separately is excellent.
