Sometimes when I see the acronym MWSF...

I always think that too though when I see MWSF. EDIT: I think they edit out the naughtiest parts of the webcast anyway.
NSFW is absolutely correct. Although NUFW (Not Usable for Work) is more accurate in many situations perhaps.

An acronym is a word formed from the initial letters of a name, for example 'NATO'. What you have there are abbreviations.

LASER is an acronym. NATO is an acronym. Even NAFTA is an acronym. MWSF isn't, nor is WWDC or MR (MacRumors) because you can't say them without saying each letter individually. You can read "NAFTA" as if it were a word, even though it's not.
It wouldn't take you a lot of time to research and discover that there is no universally accepted, authoritative definition that dictates an acronym must be a separate pronounceable word.Too bad calculus is right.
