iPod touch Song backup

well i'm hopefully going to jailbreak this thing the only thing stopping me from doing this is that i want to make a back up of the songs that i have on my touch. im on a windows XP computer thhnx for the help.

didn't work. it says that my touch is not properly connected to my computer or does not allow files to be written to it.

i asked this same question yesterday. i used Ipod Access For Windows (do a google search for it), it works great and it recognizes my Touch with no problems at all. great little application. give it a go.
