Song from iTS only 109kbps?

I downloaded Know by Heart - The American Analog Set

Yet it only shows up at 109kbps? I'm sure I paid for 128 at least.

I remember reading a post that stated AAC files are encoded with an average bitrate method vs constant bitrate. Either the new version iTunes or Leopard now displays the true bitrate of AAC files.

It baffled me at first, too. But, I think that may be the reason.
