song repeats

i have an iphone and since this afternoon i was hearing the ipod and the same song repeats. if i do it manually it changes to the other song but not automatically

repeat song is on. tap on the screen so the laspe time bar pops down and un-select repeat.

No problem. A month ago or so I guess I accidentally set my iPhone and repeat and had the hardest time trying to figure what happened.
