My iPhone has been working well until recently when I went to sync my music playlist.

First off, the phone in not unlocked and both the phone and iTunes are using the most up to date released versions of their softwear.

Anyway, so I go to sync my playlist and now anything I try to put into the phone is messed up. For example if I crate a new playlist to sync and add one album. Once the sync takes place it will show the album cover, all of the correct track information however when you actually play the songs track three will be the same as four, number ten will also be twelve, etc.

It will also do this with video if I try to sync video blogs or tv shows.

So what I've tried so far:

Rebuilt the itunes index.
Restoring the phone.
Building new playlists to eliminate corrupt playlist.

This really sucks and is making the iPod part of my phone which should be the most bug free the one part that doesn't work now. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
