Songs bought via iTunes don't get played in shuffle mode

Hello,

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything:

when I buy songs via iTunes on my iPhone and set my ipod app to play songs randomly, it will not play the songs that I bought recently. Why not? It's a 3gs with 3.0.1 installed.

I would suggest updating your genius, should sort it

I don't use genius. I just select a Playlist (On-the-go or my bought songs).

If I select a song it will show playing 1 out of x, but when I hit the shuffle option, it will change to playing 1 out of y, while y is less than x. I hope you get me...

You need to plug your iPhone into your Mac/PC and sync the songs with iTunes, and this has to be done every time you purchase songs. I wish iTunes would work this problem out.....
