iPhone Songs in Music No Longer Sync In iOS 13.1.3

Hi

I just updated to iOS 13.1.3 and added a song to the Music app on my iMac. I then synced it to my iPhone but the new song did not transfer over.

I repeated it a few times. Same thing.

Anyone else experience the same?
